Industrial Engineering and the Challenges of Development

Abstract

The present Book of Proceedings of the XVIII International Congress on Industrial Engineering – COINI 2025 compiles the academic activities carried out during the Congress, held on 30 and 31 October 2025 at the Pope Francis Campus, Puerto Madero, of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). The event was jointly organized by the Faculty of Engineering and Agricultural Sciences of UCA and the Argentine Association of Industrial Engineering and Related Degree Programs (AACINI).

COINI constitutes an academic and professional forum in the field of Industrial Engineering dedicated to the presentation and publication of original research from scientific, technological, and educational perspectives. The Congress aims to foster creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship while promoting debate and the dissemination of experiences that contribute to the advancement of the discipline at both the national and international levels.
